Raleigh St. Augustine
- This turf is medium green in appearance and medium textured. It is an ideal lawn grass and our best seller.
- It has the highest ranking for cold tolerance when compared to other St. Augustine.
- It has a vigorous drought tolerance and hardiness.
- Spreads independently through runners.
- Ideal for tropical and subtropical climates.
Palmetto St. Augustine
- It is our most shade tolerant grass.
- Very versatile turf with better than average color retention going into winter Quick spring green up.
- Massive root system, enabling it to have superior resistance to nature’s elements.
- A patented variety of turf that can only be produced by licensed growers.
Common Bermuda
- This turf has a medium texture and is known for its tolerance to traffic.
- This turf is not ideal for shaded areas.
- It does well in the cold and tolerates drought (prefers to be directly in sun), but will require weekly water to maintain a green color.

- Dark green color.
- Excellent winter color.
- One of the most cold-hardy bermudagrasses on the market

Celebration Bermuda
- Strikingly deep blue-green colored
Bermuda grass
with a tight growing habit, fine-leafed blades, and a soft touch and feel.
- Grows well in most soil types found in the Houston area.
- Rapid Spring green-up with excellent drought tolerance and moderate shade tolerance.
- Highly durable and resilient, low-growing, and therefore, reducing mowing as much as 50% as compared to other Bermuda grass strains.
- Excellent grass for golf courses and homes alike, having a highly efficient root system, therefore lowering the need of frequent water use as well as weeding.
Empire Turf Zoysia
- Empire is a rich, deep, emerald-colored grass with a massive root system.
- Excellent soft texture and proportion, thriving in harsh tropical climates, yet exhibits a strong cold hardiness, tolerance, and rapid injury recovery.
- Fine, tight blade growth with outstanding Fall color retention and early Spring green-up.
- It has a moderate shade tolerance with a selective resistance to insects and disease.
- Requires less fertilizing, watering, herbicide or fungicide usage, and mowing as compared to St. Augustine or Bermudagrass varieties.
Emerald Zoysia
- This is a thin-bladed zoysia.
- This turf is very fine in texture and is highly recommended for lawns that have the budget for routine maintenance.
- One of the biggest benefits of this turf is its ability to tolerate severe winters and drought.
- It also does well with traffic, if maintained properly.
- This is a slow growing turf.
